Courses that require only open educational resources (OER) or other types of resources that are zero cost for students will be tagged with UTA's "free" course attribute in the schedule of classes. Use this form to report zero-cost resource adoptions for Fall 2020.

Courses that require resources totaling more than $0 per student should report resource adoptions directly to the campus bookstore via Follett Discover (available in Canvas).

Complete the form for each course that uses zero-cost resources. Report only one course per form.

If multiple sections of a course are offered and all sections are required to use the same zero-cost resources, the form may be submitted only once. List all section numbers for the course and separate each number with a comma. Alternatively, a spreadsheet for submitting multiple courses and/or course sections at once is available on the reporting guidelines page.
